The home is split-level: from the front door, guests can access two bedrooms and two ensuites, while the remaining rooms are located down 17 internal steps. The kitchen and dining area are accessed through a wide 120cm door.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, featuring a beautiful sea-facing terrace and not one, but two pools. In addition to the main pool, there is a shallower children's pool (3m x 5m, 0.5m deep) perfect for cooling off. The grounds also include a brick-built bbq and the annex, Luna, which boasts its own hot tub on the terrace.

Located in a hilly, mountainous area, the villa occupies an elevated position. Guests should note the architectural details and accessibility: the front door is 76cm wide, and the crazy-paved terrace can be uneven. The exterior features multiple steps, including three from the lounge to the patio, three to the second pool, and three more leading to an additional seating area.
