Practical accessibility details: Access to the villa is via a 300cm wide path with one small 4cm step down. The front door is 67cm wide, the terrace door is 74cm wide, and the kitchen/lounge door is 80cm wide. The ground floor features a twin bedroom and shower room (both with 71cm wide doors). There are 12 steps to the first floor, where both bedroom doors are 71cm wide. The terrace is mainly flat and tiled, with 2 steps leading up to the pool.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises.
