About Property

Discover a slice of paradise at Villa Fonesei, a sublime retreat fantastically positioned on an elevated headland above Northern Corfu in Kalami. This extraordinary property bridges two stunning bays, offering guests uninterrupted views of the clear Ionian Sea and the serene beauty of the Greek coastline.

The estate is thoughtfully designed across three separate buildings to ensure a perfect balance of togetherness and privacy for friends or families. This five-bedroom sanctuary features a spacious two-bedroom main villa, a sweet annexe containing an additional two bedrooms, and an adjoining studio. The property is configured with 5 beds and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. Inside, you will find a well-equipped fitted kitchen and a lounge area designed for relaxation.

Outside, the villa transforms into an evening gem. The upper stone patio provides a vantage point to see twinkling lights across the hillside and the moon's glistening reflection on the waves, while warm uplighters enhance the traditional stonework and a brightly lit turquoise infinity pool invites a midnight dip.

Kalami and the neighboring village of Kouloura are right on your doorstep. Kalami's horseshoe bay is a dream for snorkeling and paddling on white pebble beaches, while Kouloura is a picture-perfect fishing village where you can watch local boats drift in while enjoying a fresh Greek salad.

Due to its mountainous location and traditional style, guests should be aware of the property's layout. Access involves a path with 8 steps, and the outdoor areas feature a mixture of flat lawn and non-slip crazy-paved terraces. There are 7 stone steps leading to the pool terrace and 4 steps to the BBQ area. Please note that the terraces feature low railings and balustrades; guests are asked to supervise children closely and exercise extra vigilance, as these traditional features may not meet standard UK height requirements.
