This spacious residence is designed for relaxation and family gatherings, featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 beds across the property to accommodate up to 6 guests, supported by 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include four air-conditioned bedrooms, with two recently renovated rooms on the first floor. These upper-level rooms offer direct access to a balcony with stunning views, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or winding down during a sunset relaxation session. One of these renovated rooms includes a private en-suite complete with both a bath and a separate shower, while the other has convenient access to a shower room.

Inside, the home maintains the timeless character of a classic Menorcan home. While the kitchen and bathrooms retain their traditional style, the villa has been tastefully furnished throughout to incorporate contemporary touches. The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly onto a covered terrace, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor living experience.

The outdoor space is a true highlight, overlooking a spacious area featuring a gorgeous private pool. The pool includes a designated child's section (44cm – 52cm deep) separated from the adult pool by a 70cm high barrier; the adult section begins at a shallow depth of 1m. Complementing the pool is ample space for sunbathing and a classic brick barbecue, perfect for hosting unforgettable al fresco dining experiences.
