This includes a grand master bedroom, and every room is thoughtfully equipped with desk space, ample storage, and a private balcony with a seating area, providing a peaceful spot to admire the scenery.

Inside, the home boasts an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, alongside a living space centered around a hand-carved marble fireplace. The exterior is equally impressive, featuring a stunning veranda terrace with an outdoor dining set—an ideal place to watch the day end. Located in a remote hilly and mountainous area of Palaiokastritsa, the villa offers a secluded escape. Due to its hillside location, the property is not suitable for individuals with walking difficulties. Guests should be aware that the terrain involves several steps, including 10 steps down to the pool area and a crazy paving section on the terrace that can be uneven. For those renting vehicles, a small car is strongly advised over a minibus for easier access.
