Designed for comfort and relaxation, the villa accommodates up to four guests with a thoughtful two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom featuring twin beds and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom equipped with a bath and shower over. The first floor hosts a second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, accompanied by a separate shower room. Connecting the levels is a narrow spiral staircase leading to a private balcony where you can enjoy alfresco dining and stunning sea views.

The heart of the home is a cozy, open-plan living space that blends a comfortable lounge with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a convenient breakfast bar. The lounge area is designed for relaxation with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, with patio doors that open directly to the outdoors.

Outside, the property transforms into a private oasis. Guests can enjoy an evergreen garden and a private outdoor pool (6.00m x 3.50m) with step access and a separate shallow section. The outdoor space is further enhanced by a covered terrace featuring a portable BBQ, sun loungers, a parasol, and a lush lawn for basking in the Mediterranean sun.

Important Accessibility and Safety Notes: Please be aware that the villa contains internal horizontal railings that create a ladder effect; children must be supervised at all times. Access to the villa involves a path with 4 steps. Internally, there are 3 steps down to the ground floor bedroom and bathroom, and 13 narrow spiral steps leading to the first floor. Specific door widths vary from 60cm to 97cm throughout the home.
