Located in a gated enclave of eight villas, Villa Margarita is situated in an excellent location. It is just a short walk from the shores of Gennadi Beach and is conveniently close to a variety of traditional tavernas, all within walking distance. Please be aware that the surrounding resort area is mountainous with steep hills. Access to the villa is via a 100cm wide path with three steps; the front door is 82cm wide, and interior doorways vary between 60cm and 82cm. The pool is accessible via steps with a railing.
