About Property

Discover the Mediterranean dream at Villa Xiquetes, a beautiful villa nestled in a pretty setting on the edge of the countryside in Santanyí, Spain. This superb and elegant retreat is designed as a traditional Mallorcan farmhouse, featuring characteristic stuccoed walls, shuttered doors, and interiors filled with natural light.

The villa is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a master double bedroom and three twin rooms. On the ground floor, a twin room provides convenience with its own private ensuite. Upstairs, accessible via a tiled staircase with a beautifully crafted wrought iron banister, you will find the master double and the remaining two twin rooms. The master double and one twin room enjoy shared access to a joint balcony terrace, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Designed for relaxation and recreation, the outdoor spaces are a highlight of the property. A large 11-metre pool is ideal for swimming laps under the glistening sunshine, featuring a separate shallow section for a casual splash. Guests can relax in style in the complimentary hot tub or lounge on the exterior day bed with a favorite book. For entertainment, the villa provides a brick-built BBQ area for budding chefs and table tennis for the big kids.

Inside, the bright and airy open-plan living and dining room boasts panoramic views of the stunning landscape. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for an easy cooking experience, featuring an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a tall fridge-freezer.

Located in a peaceful area, the villa is only a 15-minute walk from the heart of Cala D'or. This vibrant neighborhood offers a never-ending choice of bars, cafes, pretty sandy coved beaches, an impressive international yacht harbour, as well as various shops and supermarkets.
