The ground floor boasts a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine for preparing delicious meals. For entertainment, the lower ground floor hosts a dedicated games room with a pool table, while the outdoor area provides a football table for friendly competition.
