With a total of 3 bathrooms, the property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Patio doors from the lounge lead to a private outdoor living area featuring a private swimming pool with electric heating and sun loungers with comfortable mattresses. Please note that the internal staircase to the garage provides access to one bedroom, the shower room, and the utility area. Accessibility features include a 97cm wide path with one step to enter the villa, and the pool is accessed via a ladder.
