• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed on a case-by-case basis with applicable fees; pets must not be left unattended inside the property.
• Parking: Please use extra caution when entering/exiting the driveway due to the busy A1A stretch. Garage parking is not permitted; the EV charger is accessed from the driveway.
• Policies: Exterior security cameras are active. An additional charge applies for guests starting with the 9th person. For stays of 21 days or longer, an additional $100 deep cleaning fee applies. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.
