The sleeping arrangements include two king suites, one queen room, a twin/full bunk bed, and a twin/twin bunk bed. The three full bathrooms are well-equipped, featuring two standing showers and one bathtub/shower combination.

Nestled among the dunes at Crescent Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood, the property is just a short walk to the coast and a 15-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Guests can access the beach by taking the sidewalk to the left and turning left at Sea Oats Road, following the sandy path to the shore.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed on a case-by-case basis; fees apply and pets must not be left unattended inside. Please inquire before booking.
• Safety: Located on a busy stretch of A1A; please use extra caution in the driveway, keep side gates closed, and supervise children and pets.
• Policies: Exterior security cameras are active. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable upon cancellation. An additional charge applies for the 9th guest and each guest thereafter. Stays of 21 days or longer incur an additional $100 deep cleaning fee.
