The property features a total of 10 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. The layout is split across two fully independent, self-contained homes. On the upper levels of both units, you will find two bedrooms with queen beds, dedicated workspaces, and ensuite bathrooms. The main levels each offer a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, the professionally finished basements each house one queen bedroom, one single bedroom, a full bathroom, and a small living room area with a TV. Please note that because these are two separate units, guests must step outside to move between the homes as there is no interior connecting door.

• A pre-arrival verification process is required, including ID verification, a matching selfie, and a refundable security deposit pre-authorization.
• Mail delivery to the property address is unavailable; please use door drop-off or depot pickup.
• For stays of 30 nights or longer, complimentary mid-stay cleanings are provided every 30 days.
