Tucked away in a smart and peaceful square, this lower ground floor apartment offers the best of both worlds: a quiet sanctuary that remains just steps from the buzzing town centre's shops, bars, and restaurants, and only a short stroll from the beach and pier.

The apartment features a thoughtful layout designed for comfort and connection. The spacious open-plan living and dining area boasts a plush lounge with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV for streaming your favourite channels. A contemporary dining table seats four, making it an ideal spot for shared meals, games night, or remote working. The bedroom is equipped with a flexible zip-and-link bed, typically set up as a double but available as two singles upon request, making it perfect for couples or friends. For additional flexibility, a single-fold guest bed is available but not pre-set to ensure you enjoy the space.

While the property does not have a full kitchen, the compact kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing light meals and brunches, featuring a fridge, microwave, kettle, air fryer, and an electric portable hob. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate second bathroom located by the kitchen. Step outside to the charming private patio and courtyard, a peaceful spot with outdoor furniture for four, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Located just a few metres from the town centre, guests are perfectly positioned to enjoy the promenade and all of Worthing's attractions. Please note that this is a lower-ground-floor apartment accessed via steep stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Deposit: A damage deposit of £300.00 or a non-refundable accidental damage waiver of £30.00 is required prior to arrival.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors.

Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Pets

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

Bookings are only accepted where the lead guest meets our minimum age requirements and where the majority of the group is of an appropriate age. If you’re unsure, please get in touch with us before booking. We’re always happy to help.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
