The apartment is thoughtfully configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout features a peaceful bedroom serving as a retreat with a cosy double bed and a dressing table, complemented by an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin. For additional guests, the spacious living room includes two large sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed (linen provided).

Inside, you will find a relaxed, airy space filled with natural light. The open-plan living and dining area includes a charming bay window providing a lovely glimpse of the sea. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for ease, featuring an oven, washing machine, and kettle, along with plenty of cookware, glassware, and cutlery. For a little extra warmth, complimentary tea and coffee, as well as salt and pepper, are provided. The living area is further enhanced by a Smart TV, perfect for chilling out or catching up on the day's events.

Situated on a peaceful residential street, the location is exceptionally convenient. Worthing Beach is only a two-minute stroll away, while Worthing Pier is a short five-minute walk along the promenade. Guests are also within easy reach of Worthing Station (15-minute walk), Worthing Lido, Highdown Gardens, Arundel Castle, and The South Downs National Park. For those venturing further, Brighton Pier and Beach are approximately 11.18 miles away.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors.

Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Pets

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

Bookings are only accepted where the lead guest meets our minimum age requirements and where the majority of the group is of an appropriate age. If you’re unsure, please get in touch with us before booking. We’re always happy to help.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
