Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Pets are allowed with a £95 fee per stay; please notify the host in advance. The lead guest must be 21 years or older. To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.
Additional fees may apply for specific requests: travel cots or high chairs are available for £50, and unauthorized late check-outs incur a fee of £50+VAT per half hour. A refundable damages deposit of £500 is required, though a non-refundable accidental damage waiver is also available. Please note that the property contains stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
