Location & Neighborhood Situated in the vibrant Ice District, this property serves as your gateway to the excitement of Edmonton. The suite is conveniently located just a 10 to 15 minute drive from Downtown Edmonton, placing you within easy reach of the city's premier cultural attractions and diverse dining experiences. Guests should note that due to the proximity to the downtown core, general city noise from traffic and nightlife may be present.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is required between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please be aware that keys and fobs must be collected from a local convenience store located 2km away between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM; only one set of keys is provided per reservation. After 8:00 PM, the management team is available via messaging only, and onsite assistance cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure a secure stay, all guests must complete a pre-arrival verification process including ID verification, a matching selfie, and a refundable security deposit pre-authorization (unless covered by Air Cover). Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Additional policies include:

• No pets allowed
• No unbooked guests, visitors, or parties
• No mail delivery to the property address
• Use of common building areas (lobby, elevators, parkade) is at your own risk

For families, a pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request. Guests staying 30 nights or more receive a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days.
