• Security: All reservations require a short pre-arrival verification including ID verification, a matching selfie, a refundable security deposit pre-authorization, and acceptance of Rental Terms & Conditions.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (up to 2 small or medium-sized dogs), but cats are strictly prohibited. Violation of the cat policy results in a $500 fee per cat. All pets must be included in the booking.
• Property Access: Guests have access to the main floor, back suite, upper floor, parking pad, and backyard. The basement is a separate rental with its own entrance; while you do not share indoor spaces, you may see or hear basement tenants in the shared outdoor yard area.
• Restrictions: The fireplace is non-operational and must not be used. Unbooked guests, visitors, or parties are not permitted. Please do not use the property address for mail.
