The Patricia Grand Resort is a 100% smoke and tobacco-free property. Cigarette, electronic cigarette, vaporizer, and smokeless tobacco use are strictly prohibited in all rooms, balconies, pool areas, and common spaces.

Any evidence of smoking, vaping, or smokeless tobacco use anywhere on the premises may result in a minimum $150 cleaning fee assessed by the Resort.

Any evidence of smoking, vaping, or smokeless tobacco use inside the condo will result in a $350 smoke remediation fee assessed by the host. DOGS ONLY: Please disclose dogs before booking. Max 2 dogs. Breed/weight restrictions apply. No cats or other animals.

Dogs are welcome with advance approval. Please let us know before booking if you plan to bring dogs.

Small and medium dogs are welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Breed and weight restrictions apply, so please contact us before booking if you have questions about whether your dog qualifies.

Only dogs are permitted. Other pets, including cats, birds, reptiles, and other animals, are not allowed.

Dogs must be leashed in all public areas of the resort. Dogs are not permitted in pool areas or in any area where food is served.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Failure to do so may result in removal from the property.

ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome.

Please note that the state of South Carolina considers Emotional Support Animals to be pets for short-term rentals.

A $300 fee will be charged if undisclosed animals are brought onto the property.

NO PARTIES: This is a quiet, guest-ready vacation rental, not a party space. Parties or events will result in a $250 fee.

LINENS & STAINS: Do not use hair dye/color, self-tanner, or glitter in the condo. Missing or damaged linens may be charged.

Please do not leave dirty linens outside the unit for pickup. Linens left outside may be collected by a company we do not use and may not be returned to us.

PARKING GARAGE: Compact turns. Large/oversized vehicles must check with the front desk before entering the garage.

The Patricia Grand parking garage was designed for small to moderate-sized vehicles and contains some compact turns.

Guests with large or oversized vehicles must notify the front desk before attempting to park in the garage so proper accommodations may be discussed.

Oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

The Patricia Grand and the host are not liable for damage caused by attempting to park an oversized vehicle in the parking garage.

ISSUES DURING STAY: Please contact us promptly if something is wrong so we have the opportunity to address it.

If you encounter any issues during your stay, please contact us right away so we can promptly address them and make things right.

We want every guest to have a comfortable, clean, enjoyable stay. If a concern is reported only after departure, or if a cancellation request is made without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue during the stay, refunds or cancellations may not be available.
