Designed for comfort and accessibility, the home features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests. Five of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level, including a primary suite with a king bed, a private bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower, and a TV. Other main-level rooms include two queen bedrooms—one featuring a wall of windows overlooking the water—and two twin bedrooms, one of which includes a trundle and a small children's library. Upstairs, you will find a dedicated kids' hangout area with toys and a TV, as well as a queen bedroom with a personal library, a standing desk workspace, and stunning water views. Please note that there is no bathroom on the upper level.

The interior is filled with natural light and inviting spaces, including a comfortable TV room with a large library and a dining room that overlooks the creek. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for family meals. Outside, guests can enjoy a waterfront deck with a propane grill, a large shady yard, and a private dock perfect for launching a paddleboard or docking a boat. While the water is not suitable for swimming, it is excellent for paddling and water sports.
