The home features a thoughtful layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfectly configured for couples or small groups. Both bedrooms are private ensuites, with the primary suite offering a king bed and the second bedroom featuring a queen bed. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV and fresh linens to ensure a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests.

The heart of the home is the open-concept living area, where coastal-inspired decor and comfortable seating create an easygoing atmosphere. This bright, functional space flows directly into a dining area that comfortably seats 6+ guests and a fully stocked kitchen complete with all the essential cookware needed for home-cooked meals.

Outside, you will find a variety of convenient features to enhance your beach trip. An enclosed outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day in the surf, and a small fenced grassy backyard provides a safe space for pets to play. For your convenience, beach gear including a cooler and beach cart are provided. Parking is available onsite for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway and covered carport.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• House Rules: No smoking on the property and no parties allowed. Please limit noise after 10 PM to respect the neighbors.
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed with pre-approval and a pet fee. Please note that pets are not allowed on the beach from April 1 to September 30.
• Important: A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Guests are responsible for any plumbing repair fees caused by flushing items other than toilet paper.
