Nestled conveniently by serene pine trees with a lake nearby, this 154 sqm residence offers a perfect blend of nature and comfort for your next group retreat.

The property is thoughtfully arranged across two floors to accommodate up to 8 guests. The layout features three bedrooms and one bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming corridor and hall, a living room centered around a cozy fireplace, a terrace for enjoying the fell scenery views, and two bedrooms. The upper level consists of a spacious loft, providing additional sleeping arrangements. For those traveling with small children, a travel cot and two highchairs are available on-site.

While the cottage provides a quiet sanctuary, you are only 2 km from the diverse services of the Ukkohalla tourism center. This vibrant hub, located by Lake Syväjärvi, features an information center, store, restaurant, and spa. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities including the Saunaworld bathing complex, bowling at Keilaukko, skiing, and snowmobile tracks. During the summer months, the area comes alive with a cable wakeboard and frisbee golf.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time starting at 3:00 PM and a check-out time by 12:00 PM. Please note that pets are not allowed at the property. To ensure your comfort, one sack of firewood is included with the rental. Additional services include linen, which is available at a forced cost of 12€ per person.

For those planning a visit during the high season, specifically around New Year, a minimum rental duration of one week is required for the periods of December 26th/27th to January 2nd/3rd or January 2nd/3rd to January 9th/10th.
