This 25 m2 studio is designed for comfort and functionality. The layout features a living area with two single bench beds and a separate sleeping area with one single bed, providing a total of 3 beds across the space. With one bathroom and a guest capacity of 3, it is an ideal base for a small family or a group of friends seeking adventure in the Pyrénées.

Guests can enjoy several key features and amenities, including:

• Private balcony for breathing the fresh mountain air

Nestled in the Peyragudes resort, the studio is exceptionally well-positioned. You are just 100m to 400m from the skiing area and slopes, making it effortless for snowboarders and skiers to start their day. The neighborhood is conveniently walkable, with shops, services, and delicious local French fare nearby. We highly recommend visiting Restaurant Bar La Terrasse, a short 2-minute drive away, or picking up groceries at Sherpa Supermarché Peyragudes, located 850m from the residence.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Bed linens and towels are not included but are available for rent on-site (€16/person for linens, €12/kit for towels). A security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax are required upon arrival. Guests are asked to clean the unit before departure or opt for an end-of-stay cleaning service (ranging from €40 to €150 depending on the unit). Additionally, high-speed Wi-Fi and television access are available for an additional fee.
