The area is highly walkable, with the pier and various boardwalk selections just steps away. For groceries and breakfast shops, a short drive south will lead you to the best local spots. While Uber and Lyft are available, having a personal vehicle is recommended for exploring nearby towns along the Space Coast.

• Early check-in: Available upon request, subject to availability, and requires an additional fee.
• Parking: Only one vehicle is permitted per condo. You must display the provided parking pass on your rearview mirror to avoid towing.
• Pool Area: Glass containers are strictly prohibited; please use canned drinks only.
• Pets & Smoking: No pets allowed and no smoking permitted inside the house.
• Agreement: Booking constitutes an automatic agreement to the full Rental Agreement, including all house rules and policies.
