• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: One dedicated garage spot is provided. Visitor spots are limited to one per group and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Hot Tub Policy: The hot tubs are shared between all Altitude properties. Two outdoor tubs are open year-round; the tub near buildings 166–168 remains a constant 102°F, while the tub near 170–172 varies between 86°F in summer and 102°F in winter.
• Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access is typically available from late December through April, depending on snowfall.
