Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, the studio layout includes 2 beds and 1 bathroom. Sleeping arrangements consist of a cozy queen-size bed and a convenient sleeper sofa, making the space ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. The interior features a thoughtfully appointed living space and a functional kitchenette equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and essential dishes for preparing light meals and snacks.

While the studio provides a peaceful sanctuary, guests have access to a wealth of community features:

• Two community pools (including a zero-entry pool and a seasonally heated pool)
• Relaxing hot tub
• Complimentary seasonal beach tram service to private deeded beach access

Located in the heart of the action, Sea You Soon is prized for its walkable location. Guests can easily stroll to local restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and bike rentals. Spend your afternoons exploring the nearby beach communities by bicycle, lounging on the sugar-white sands of the Gulf Coast, or relaxing poolside just steps from your door.

For your convenience, the condo is stocked with a starter set of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, trash bags, bath linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, and Keurig coffee pods. Please note that these are provided as a starter set and are not intended to last the entire length of your stay; guests are encouraged to pack accordingly for longer visits. To protect the linens, black make-up cloths are provided in the bathroom for facial cleansing.
