This cozy guesthouse features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating 4 guests. The layout is thoughtfully open-concept: the first floor hosts a king bedroom with a partition wall, while the second level features a queen loft reached by ladder-style stairs. Please note that these loft steps are steep and are not recommended for children under 8 or those with balance concerns. A full bathroom with a shower/tub, washer, and dryer is located on the first floor.

Once a village blacksmith shop in the early 1900s, the cottage is filled with nautical touches and antiques. The living area includes a quaint sitting area with two sofas, a Samsung smart TV with Roku, and a Sonos soundbar. The simple but well-stocked kitchen features an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, slow cooker, and Keurig (no dishwasher).
