- We are a non-smoking property (outdoors is fine, please dispose of butts appropriately), we do not allow parties and we have quiet hours after 9pm.
- booking your stay with us please keep in mind that we consider your number of guests to be final once your stay begins. A visitor and a guest are defined as one and the same at our house.
- The moment an unregistered guest enters our property, much of our insurance and liability protection for your booking is effectively null and void, so it's really not in either parties best interest to allow guests to have outside visitors under any circumstances. *That being said if you need to make special arrangements or alter the reservation so that it accommodates a different head count, over a several night stay, we are happy to do so through the "special offer" feature. However, it must be requested before you book. Our response time is always very prompt so please reach out to us with your request first.
- All furniture must be back in it's original place and condition as when you arrived. Turn off lights and unplug appliances such as coffee makers and toasters. Close windows and lock doors.
- Noise ordinance requires quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. One warning will be issued. 2nd offense and this will be strictly enforced and you will be asked to leave without refund and may be issued up to $500 in fines for any administrative labor costs to mitigate the damages from neighbor and County complaints. -This property has exterior video surveillance all around the property on the outside. Tampering or turning off surveillance cameras is not allowed and will be fined by $300. ** SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED BY ALL MEANS 🚫 $700 smoking fee will be charged. (All types of smoking) **No parties allowed. 🐾 Pet Policy & Fees We love hosting well-behaved furry friends! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. 1 Pet: $75 total 2 Pets: $125 total Note: When you book with pets, Airbnb might automatically adds the $75 base fee to your total. If you are bringing a second pet, we will send a quick payment request for the remaining via the Airbnb Resolution Center before your check-in. Nature & Environment Disclosure: Because our properties are located in beautiful, nature-filled areas, you may occasionally encounter local insects, pests, flies, or wildlife (including, but not limited to, deer and rabbits); while StayJacob maintains strict professional pest control standards, these natural encounters are an inherent part of the environment and do not constitute grounds for a claim or refund.
