Internal Rules of Stay and Release of Claims and Responsibility The company INVERSIONES BALADI R SAS is subject to the legal responsibility established in Colombia by Law 300 of 1996 and the Articles 1075 of 1997. It is equally committed to complying with articles 16 and 17 of Law 679 of 2001 that establishes the protection of minors (population under legal age in Colombia) against exploitation and sexual violence; Law 17 of 1981 related to the protection of Flora and Fauna; Law 103 of 1931 by which conservation of archaeological monuments and / or cultural patrimony is promoted; Abiding by the requirements of Article 4000 of 2004 which refers to control of Foreigners. The anti-smoking Law 1335 of 2009; and the Non-Discrimination and exclusion of vulnerable population. In my capacity as guests and / or client, with the signing of this commitment and liability document, I acknowledge and accept the following terms, conditions, duties and obligations related to my behavior during the stay in the following property: 1. The consumption and carrying of illicit psychoactive substances (illicit drugs) within the premises of the property is not allowed, for which any breach of the regulatory norms will empower INVERSIONES BALADI R SAS, to terminate the contract of stay and report this situation to the police and immigration authorities. 2. Maintain a respectful and courteous behavior that does not violate good customs. 3. I recognize that amount of total people in the property/house cannot exceed the maximum capacity as listed when booking, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed under this agreement. 4. Check-out time is at 12:00PM (Noon) the day of departure. I give permission to INVERSIONES BALADI R SAS to pack and move my belongings if they are in the house past check-out time. 5. That it is expressly prohibited to carry weapons inside the facilities of the property. 6. No sound speakers are allowed in the outside spaces of the property. 7. I undertake to comply with articles 16 and 17 of Law 679 of 2001 that establishes the protection of minors in Colombia, against exploitation and sexual violence. 8. I release and exempt from all liability and any claim INVERSIONES BALADI R SAS and the owner of the property, for any fault, violation and breach of the commitments, duties and obligations established in the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and the rules described above, that I declare to know and accept. Also, as a guest and / or client, I declare that I will be responsible for ensuring that the people who accompany during my stay, respect the duties and obligations set forth herein, exempting from any claim or legal breach that may arise, their behaviors are applicable according to Colombian regulations. 9. In compliance with the resolution 001285 issued on July 29, 2020, by the Social Protection and Health Minister which moderates the security protocol for the management and control of the risk the Coronavirus Covid-19 in the services of activities and accommodations in hotels, aparthotels, holiday centers and other types of tourism activities, we need you to apply self-care measures for its prevention. We are a company that provides tourist accommodation services, and we comply with the established standards for the management and prevention of Covid-19.
