Imagine waking up in a plush king bed, enjoying a refreshing morning shower, and sipping coffee in the living room while staying connected via high-speed fiber optic internet.

The home is designed for groups and families, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 12 people (though a maximum of 10 adults is suggested for optimal comfort). The layout provides ample space and privacy, including two private living rooms, a private kitchen, and dedicated laundry facilities.

While the bungalow offers private interior spaces, guests also enjoy access to the shared amenities of The Sunset Heights Purlieu. This shared backyard oasis includes a deck, patio, rain garden, and a refreshing saltwater pool. Please note that the pool is not heated, with the best swimming months typically spanning from May to October. Free pool towels are provided for your convenience.

For those traveling with furry friends, the property is pet-friendly on a case-by-case basis. A private, fenced-in dog-run area (approximately 5’x30’) is located on the side of the house. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, dogs must remain on a leash in the partially fenced shared yard and are not permitted inside the pool fence.

Parking is available for 2-3 cars in the gravel parking area in front of the house, parallel to the street. We kindly ask that guests do not park in the driveway, as it is reserved for the garage apartment. Additional parking is available on the street.
