The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, with 1 bathroom. The layout features a laminated log design built in 2009. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two beds, a living room, a kitchen area, a washroom, a hall, and a vestibule. The upstairs area provides a private sanctuary with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a separate WC, and a lounge area. For added comfort, the house is equipped with efficient underfloor geothermal heating and mechanical ventilation, and the downstairs area is suitable for disabled persons.

Outside, the property is right on the bank of the lake, featuring a dredged and sanded shore with a stone-paved slope and steps leading to the water. Guests can enjoy a jetty and their own rowing boat. Whether it is playing badminton on the lawn, swimming in the warm summer waters, or cross-country skiing across the frozen lake in winter, the natural surroundings provide endless activity. The property also includes large porches on two sides of the house and a private sauna building next to the cottage, with wood provided for heating.
