• Pets: Not allowed, without any exceptions
• Damage Protection: Guests must choose between a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold, collected after booking and before check-in
• HOA Requirements: Bookings are contingent upon the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork/approval. An additional HOA application fee is required and paid separately. Please allow at least 7 days for processing.
• Access: This is a self check-in property. Gate and condo codes are provided once full payment is received and up to 2 weeks prior to move-in.
