Security Deposit & Damage Policy If you booked directly or through a platform other than Airbnb, you must select one of the following before check-in. The payment link will be sent in your booking confirmation email. • £200 refundable security deposit – This will be held before check-in and refunded within 10 working days after check-out if no deductions apply. • £18 non-refundable damage waiver – A one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to £200 (e.g., spills, breakages, minor incidents). No deposit hold, no refund wait. If damage exceeds £200, you are fully responsible for covering the additional cost.
Further charges may apply for excessive cleaning, lost keys, or deliberate damage. If you booked through Airbnb, this does not apply to you, and no further action is required.
