This spacious home accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels:

Main Level:

• Primary Bedroom: 1 King-size bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed

Upper Level:

• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed
• Bedroom 5: 2 Twin XL beds

The kitchen connects seamlessly to the gathering spaces, offering a central island, modern appliances, and generous prep space. • Note: The fireplace is currently inoperable.
• Policies: Identity verification and a signed Guest Occupancy Agreement are required prior to check-in. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (up to $2,000) is included. Check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.
