The home is a bright, cozy 4-room house spanning 100 m² across two floors. The layout is designed for comfort, featuring an open living room with satellite TV that leads directly to a small terrace equipped with garden furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer, along with a dining table for family meals. The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms, each featuring 2 beds, providing a total of 3 beds as per official capacity to accommodate up to 6 guests. The property includes 1 bathroom and a separate WC. For added convenience, a washing machine and a baby cot are available.

While this villa provides a private unfenced grassy plot, guests also enjoy access to the expansive 6-hectare shared property. The complex features a heated seasonal swimming pool (available May 15 to September 30), a trampoline, table tennis, and a children's playground with a swing and sandbox.
