• Age Requirement: Minimum age to book is 25. For all non-family groups, every guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of check-in.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee. There are no breed, weight, or quantity restrictions for dogs, though please note there is no yard space on-site.
• Parking: On-site parking is provided for 1 vehicle. Motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, and trailers are strictly prohibited on-site. Free parking is available at the local rental office for these vehicles or for those exceeding the unit's vehicle limit (park at your own risk).
• Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the unit.
