Guest Screening Requirements: Upon booking, guests will receive screening requirements via email. As per city ordinance, additional guest screening is mandatory before check-in details can be provided.

1.  No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
   

2.  No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior permission has been granted by the host.
   

3.  No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted.
   

4.  Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
   

5.  Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 adults and 2 children. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction.
   

6.  Visitors Policy: The property is for registered guests only; any visitors must be approved by the hosts.

Self Check-In/Out: Guests will receive a unique code with check-in instructions and are responsible for following the self check-in/out process, ensuring the property is securely locked upon departure. Property Care 11. Cleanliness: Please maintain cleanliness during your stay by properly disposing of trash and using the provided garbage bins. Garbage pickup occurs on Mondays and Thursdays; please place bins out after 6:00 PM the day before collection and retrieve them by 6:00 PM on collection days. 12. Damages: Report any damages or issues immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. 13. Use of Appliances: Guests are encouraged to use all appliances and amenities as intended. Please follow the provided instructions to ensure proper use and avoid any potential damage. Safety and Security 14. Lock Doors and Windows: Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. 15. Fire Safety: Do not use candles or open flames. Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and emergency exits. 16. Security Systems: Do not tamper with security cameras or other security systems installed on the property. Amenities and Utilities 17. Wi-Fi Usage: Wi-Fi is provided for guest use. Illegal activities, including downloading copyrighted content, are prohibited. 18. Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, heating, and air conditioning when not in use—close windows when heating or AC is on. 19. Laundry: Use the laundry facilities as instructed. Do not overload the washer or dryer. Parking and Access 20. Parking: Use designated parking spaces only. One on-site parking space is reserved for the house. Do not block driveways or park in restricted areas. Per city ordinance, no overnight street parking is allowed; daytime street parking is permitted in marked areas. Do not park on grass surfaces. Additional parking is available two parcels north on 2nd Street and two blocks away in the city parking garage. 21. Access Areas: Certain areas of the property may be off-limits (e.g., owner's closet). Please respect these boundaries. Local Laws and Regulations 22. Compliance: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
