In the main house, the first floor hosts a primary suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom, alongside an office equipped with a twin trundle and a half bath. The upper level provides a second king bedroom with its own en suite bath, plus two queen bedrooms that share a bathroom. The separate guesthouse serves as a private retreat, featuring a spacious upstairs suite with both a king and a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The guesthouse first floor includes a media room with two twin trundles, a living room with a pull-out queen couch, and a dedicated pool bath with a shower for convenient post-swim access.

Located in a prime coastal area, the estate is just a short 5-minute drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii, including Anini Beach, Kalihiwai Beach, and the secluded Secret Beach.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Stay: 5 nights
• Pets: Not allowed
• Deposits: 10% non-refundable deposit due at booking; remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations: No refunds within 90 days of arrival
• Taxes: 14% Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT), 4.712% General Excise Tax (GET), and a 3.9% Administrative Processing Fee
• Note: This home is located in a Tsunami Evacuation Zone; detailed evacuation information is provided inside the front door.

The total stay fee includes comprehensive cleaning services, administrative fees, Trust and Safety Insurance (covering up to $10,000 in damages), and access to an award-winning concierge team.
