Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort, accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a plush King-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with 2 Full beds. The layout is completed by two full bathrooms and a living room with a sofa for additional relaxation.

While the property is a condo-hotel with extensive on-site comforts, the unit itself is well-equipped for any stay. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, and integrated microwave. For added convenience, the suite includes a washer/dryer, an electronic safe, an iron/ironing board, a hairdryer, and TVs in each room. Outside, a south-facing balcony provides direct, stunning views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
