For additional flexibility, the living room includes a cleverly concealed queen-size Murphy bed that folds neatly behind the sofa, allowing you to maximize your living space during the day without sacrificing sleeping capacity. The home features 2 full bathrooms, including a primary bathroom equipped with dual sinks, a rainfall shower, and a spacious walk-in closet.

The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, featuring comfortable seating and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The full kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances and beautiful quartz countertops, ideal for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner.

While there are no private amenities within the suite, guests have full access to the extraordinary shared facilities at Avida Residences, including:

• Strict non-smoking policy throughout the building, balconies, and terraces
• All guests and visitors must wear a required building bracelet
• Visitors: Maximum 2 guests, must register with ID by 10:00 PM and depart by midnight
• Pool Maintenance: Closed Wednesdays 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM; closed for maintenance June 1st to August 16th, 2026
• Gym: Open 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM (advance registration required)

Please note that the unit is located one floor above ground level, so some street noise may be noticeable. Ongoing construction at the Gourmet Center may also generate noise during weekday and Saturday business hours.
