The master bedroom serves as a private retreat with a premium extra thick pillow top king bed, a private vanity, and a view that stretches across the Seascape Golf course toward Choctowatchee Bay. For additional guests, the living area is thoughtfully equipped with two built-in bunk beds featuring memory foam mattresses and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

This refined space is packed with high-end details. The living room opens via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Culinary needs are met in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting stainless steel GE Profile appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered ice and water. For added convenience, the unit includes an in-unit GE washer and dryer and a large flat-screen HDTV.

Seascape Resort offers an extraordinary lifestyle with a multitude of amenities. Guests enjoy access to two massive pools totaling over 11,000 square feet—including a heated pool for spring visits and a zero-entry pool with a mushroom fountain for children. The resort also provides convenient beach access to over 2,000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, an 18-hole championship golf course, eight tennis courts, and proximity to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

• Parking: One parking pass is included per reservation. Seascape Resort charges a fee of $15 per vehicle for stays shorter than 15 days. Winter guests must purchase their own parking passes.
• House Rules: This is a non-smoking building (including balconies); violators face a $100 fine and eviction. Pets are not allowed, no exceptions.
• Age Requirement: Minimum age to book is 25.
• Note: Ariel Dunes I is undergoing a building restoration project from November through Winter 2027. Construction may be visible or audible during normal working hours.
