This safe and friendly environment is surrounded by numerous golf courses and small commercial centers. Guests are just a short taxi ride from the vibrant nightlife of Puerto Banús and within a 10-minute drive of the La Canada shopping mall. While several luxurious beach clubs and bars are nearby, a rental car is the primary mode of transportation for exploring the coastline and mountains.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Late check-ins after 8:00 PM require a request and a €25.00 fee)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Security Deposit: €1500.00
• Pool Heating: Available upon request 48 hours prior to arrival for a fee of €225.00 to €250.00 per week
• Rules: No smoking, no parties or events. Pets are welcome.

Please note that maintenance personnel, gardeners, and workers may access the garden, parking, and pool areas at any time, though they do not have access to the interior. Additionally, be aware of temporary nighttime water pressure reductions (midnight to 6:00 AM, except Saturdays) implemented by the regional drought committee across western Costa del Sol. Guests will be provided with a Guest Application containing all necessary details and navigation instructions to the exact location of the villa.
