The sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom featuring two Twin beds, and a fifth bedroom with a King bed and two Day Beds. For additional flexibility, a Queen pull-out couch is available.

Designed with an open concept floor plan, the home makes entertaining a breeze and encourages quality family time around the dining table. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals or coordinating a private chef experience. The interior is complemented by breathtaking decor, while convenience is ensured via high-speed internet and keyless entry.

Outdoor living is where the island lifestyle truly shines. The property boasts a private pool and a spacious fenced-in yard, ideal for children and pets. For boating enthusiasts, there is gated dock access with private slips that can accommodate boats up to 50' in length (maximum one boat per dock), though please note there is no power or pump-out service at the slips.
