For sleeping arrangements, the home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests comfortably. Four of the bedrooms feature plush King beds, while the fifth bedroom is designed for maximum utility with 2 Twin-over-Double bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Additional flexibility is provided by a Queen sleeper sofa located in the living area.

While structured amenities are limited, the property provides an exceptional outdoor experience. Guests can enjoy a private pool and a private dock capable of accommodating one boat up to 50 feet in length (please note there is no power or pump-out service at the slips). The home also includes a spacious fenced yard and gated dock access, providing a safe play area for children and pets.

Nestled in a gated community less than a mile from Key West, Lunara Bay offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a local park just a short walk away. Guests can explore local flavors at Hogfish Grill, Roostica, or Chico’s Cantina, or visit Hurricane Hole for scenic waterfront views. For adventure, you can rent a boat at Stock Rock Café or enjoy a kayak tour with Lazy Dog. The driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and a boat trailer.
