The sleeping arrangements are spread across three levels for added privacy: a primary suite on the third level with a king bed and full ensuite; a second master on the entry level with a queen bed and ensuite; a third bedroom on the first level with a queen bed; and a fourth bedroom featuring two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for a children's slumber party.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a one-time fee of $200 per dog
• Damage Insurance: A mandatory $70 fee is added to each booking
• Parking: One car garage (maximum 2 cars allowed; additional resort parking available)
• Note: The washer and dryer are out of service until July 15th, 2026
• Maid Service: Professional cleaning provided prior to arrival; daily service available for an additional fee
