• Minimum Stay: 5 nights
• Pets: Not allowed
• Deposit: 10% non-refundable deposit due at booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. No refunds are provided within 90 days of arrival.
• Taxes & Fees: Total stay fees include comprehensive cleaning services, administrative fees, and Trust and Safety Insurance (covering up to $10,000 in damages). Guests also have access to an award-winning concierge service. Mid-stay cleans are not included.
• State Taxes: 14% Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT), 4.712% General Excise Tax (GET), and a 3.9% Administrative Processing Fee.
• Safety Note: This property is located in the Tsunami Evacuation Zone; detailed evacuation information is located inside the front door.
