Additional sleeping arrangements include a guest room with two queen beds and a versatile guest room that doubles as an office, equipped with two twin beds.

Important Policies and Fees: Stay dates are subject to Peak Season (March 15 - April 20, June 1 - Aug 31, Nov 18 - 30) and Holiday (Dec 15 - Jan 10) designations. Fees include comprehensive cleaning services, administrative fees, Trust and Safety Insurance covering up to $10,000 in damages, and access to an award-winning concierge service. Please note that mid-stay cleans are not included. Applicable taxes include a 14% Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT), 4.712% General Excise Tax (GET), and a 3.9% Administrative Processing Fee.
