Cancellations within 48 hours of booking (for stays more than 32 days out) are penalty-free. Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival forfeit the deposit; those within 30 days are non-refundable. Bookings made within 30 days of stay must be paid in full and are non-refundable. No refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.
