Location & Neighborhood Perched atop a hill near the historic site of the original Fort Marcy, this property provides panoramic views of Santa Fe, the surrounding deserts, and the distant Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The historic downtown is just blocks away, home to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, and the various Plazas including Mercado, Galleria, and Sena. The Santa Fe Plaza is approximately a 10-minute downhill walk from the property, though guests should note the return trip is uphill and takes about 20 minutes.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. A 20% deposit is required at booking, with the final balance due 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 9 days out are without penalty; however, reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Bookings made within 7 days of the stay must be paid in full upfront and are non-refundable. While this is a single-level unit, multiple staircases traverse the general property grounds.
