Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that there is no cable television, but guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix). A refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to arrival if not handled by the booking platform. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis for those weighing less than 15 pounds, and a $250 non-refundable pet fee applies upon approval. The host reserves the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or unavailability due to sale or repair.
