For those arriving by water, the property features a private boat dock. The slip accommodates vessels up to 35 feet in length, provided the draft does not exceed 3 feet. To ensure safety and compliance, boaters insurance is required. Please be aware that multiple vessels or personal watercraft are not permitted within a single dock space.

Entertainment is integrated throughout the home to ensure every guest is comfortable. Each individual bedroom is equipped with its own TV, and the living room features a large flat-screen for group movie nights or sporting events.
