• Security Deposit: A $1,000 deposit is placed on hold 24 hours before arrival and released after a successful post-departure inspection.
• House Rules: Parties are strictly prohibited to maintain positive neighbor relations. The BBQ is maintained during the summer season only.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are accepted with prior authorization under strict conditions. Requirements include: sterilization, age 1 year or older, no access to bedrooms or furniture, and no noise pollution. Guests must pick up excrement and vacuum floors and couches at the end of the stay. An additional fee of $100 per dog per stay (or $200 per month for long-term stays) applies.
