Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. To maintain a positive relationship with neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited. Please note that the BBQ is maintained during the summer only. A security deposit of $1,000 will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before arrival and released after a successful post-departure inspection.

Pets are welcome under strict conditions with prior authorization:

• Additional fee: $100 per dog per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays
• Dogs must be sterilized and over 1 year old
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms
• Noise pollution is prohibited, and owners must pick up all excrement to avoid fees
• Guests must vacuum floors and couches at the end of their stay
